Divertimenti was my first job out of Cordon Bleu. It has a cooking school, a cookware shop and in the past, a cafe. It was literally around the corner. I started working as an assistant in the Cooking School where I met some of London’s most famous chefs, cook book writers and teachers like David Thompson and Jennifer Joyce. I could not stay out of the Café Kitchen so I also tried my hand at cooking amazing Australian and New Zealand style food.
